Studio 143, in the architectural precinct of West Leederville, exemplifies Scott Penn Hall Architecture + Interior Design’s philosophies and showcases sustainable design. A convex quadrilateral is repeatedly used and is metaphoric of the firm’s unique approach to design. Volume and materials define two main zones: a neutral public interface and a dramatic work arena. There is a sense of theatre at play, progressing from the studio’s confined entrance to an open-plan inner workspace.
