Saatchi & Saatchi

The refurbishment process of this Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority-owned building in The Rocks began with Saatchi & Saatchi’s desire to revitalise their working environment. A cellular structure was replaced with open-plan offices, ensuring across-the-board access to light and views. The existing brickwork remains unpainted, existing metal and timber is painted white and all new elements are black and of varying textures. The refurbishment is fine-tuned to express the confidence and stature of the inhabiting brand.
