Renascent

Partly destroyed by fire, the recovered Renascent Melbourne building in South Melbourne ideally utilises the structure’s surviving framework and industrial windows. A gridded mesh screen separates the work area from private spaces and inconspicuous mirrored panels enable structural and acoustic baffles to sit within the steel truss network. The boardroom and adjacent entertaining/meeting area are connected by a sliding wall, with opportunities for privacy embedded throughout.
