Paper Stone Scissors

Paper Scissors Stone conceptually turns a two-dimensional surface into a three-dimensional reality. Elements have been influenced by the idea of paper and its manipulation through cutting, folding and inscription. The four existing floors are retained and a new stair inserted to connect each level. The stair also provides a strong visual identity and increases the scale of the entrance foyer. The design is embracing of the building’s regular yet irregular spaces, abounding curves and angles.
