A lighting and interior design retail outlet and workshop, illuminami is located in Rome’s Fellini-era EUR district. The space houses a mezzanine level and gallery for the display of items, and the workshop is where the lamps and fittings are manufactured. The main design element within the public space is the large dramatic white modular display and merchandising unit, which the locals have dubbed ‘il porcospino’ (the porcupine).
