Grove Road

A significant part of the renovation of Grove Road was to retain the original part of the grand Victorian house, located in Hawthorn, then create a new, contemporary addition and integrate it with the old. While the addition features soaring three-metre high windows, which flood the space with natural light, the sombre feeling of the original is enhanced by the paint colour selection and the choice to keep lighting minimal.
