The new premises for development and property management company Goodman occupy over 2400 square metres, providing 200 workspaces in total. The entry area of the space is characterised by a dramatic two-storey void, and the upper floor allocates significant areas to a major staff breakout with prime views and a direct link to the arrival areas. The variety of spaces are set up to avoid ‘colonisation’ and promote a healthy sense of transparency in the workplace.
