Cloud House

This addition and renovation to an Edwardian house in Fitzroy North was designed in three parts, creating a sequence of distinct spaces. In the original structure, rooms are unified by floral carpet, which leads to the red-coloured box – the kitchen and heart of the home, which links the original home to the new, unexpected cloud-like space. This expertly crafted new living area is dramatic, with walls merging seamlessly with the floor and ceiling.
