Aesop Flagship Store

Responding to its location within the premises of the Athenaeum Club and near men’s retail store Harrolds, the new Aesop flagship store in Melbourne has the feel of a gentleman’s private salon. Products are imagined as curios within museum-like cabinets and, together with found objects, vintage furniture and lighting, create a sense of the private space of a worldly gentleman. A leather curtain between front and back of house creates a feeling of intimacy and hints at a secret world behind.
