This ultra-compact concrete vertical house investigates a new residential typology in an urban setting, while still delivering a contemporary lifestyle. Designed with flexibility for future change, the house is zoned vertically, with utility, storage and parking on the ground floor; sleeping, bathing and storage on the first; living on the second; kitchen, eating and entertainment on the third and a working roof garden on the fourth. Large sliding windows and the stair maximise daylight and ventilation.
