Fable

Fable is a set of six essential utilities: a spoon, bowl, stool, chair, table and storage cabinet. Pared back to the bare original character of the solid oak, the objects embrace simplicity. These elements, common in traditional children’s tales, recall the belief that a woodsman has stepped outside and hand-carved each object from the surrounding trees. The myths are reinterpreted and designed for modern day function.
