ELTHAM College Prep & Multi-Purpose Building

This new prep and multi-purpose building provides vibrant, open-plan and flexible learning spaces. A multi-purpose space on the ground floor acts as a central facility for all students. Defined by charcoal tones and splashes of orange, the space is a strong foundation for the teaching space above. A feature staircase with a sculptural plywood balustrade connects the ground-floor space with teaching areas on the first floor. Upstairs, playful greens echo the colour of the façade.
