Cafenatics – 367 Collins St

Conceived as a retreat from the bustle of urban life, the space offers a temporary escape. With a palette inspired by a simple country shack, the kitchen is boxed with open stack timber recycled from industrial palettes. Rough sawn timber with chipped paint is mixed with dressed timber from the same source. A stippled black and white graphic runs the length of the space, adding scale. Furniture is treated simply, with a black, green and timber palette.
