Dennis Abalos is an industrial designer/maker based in Sydney. Graduating from the University of Technology Sydney in Industrial Design with a sub-major in interior design – furniture in 2005, Abalos takes inspiration from the traditional craft-based skills of his Philippine heritage combined with modern Australian design. Abalos was established in 2010. With a folio of works ranging from mass-produced consumer products to unique furniture and lighting pieces, the studio’s disciplines include graphics, product, interior and exhibition design.
