500 Bourke Street – Podium Redevelopment

The tower podium and adjacent retail precinct have been redeveloped to activate the site and link the tower to the street frontages. Custom-designed finishes in the foyer include plasterglass ceiling panels with integrated lighting, and new joinery elements. The foyer has been extended, with a fritted glass canopy structure providing a new setting for a café. A series of new retail tenancies were designed with a retail consultant, delivering a range of tenancies including a large, upper-level restaurant space.
