The design of the office relates to the neighbouring 41-hectare Fawkner Park, with criss-crossing circulation zones drawn from the park’s paths and a colour scheme reflecting the changing seasons. Breakout spaces and informal meeting areas overlook the park, with plenty of natural light and access to an open-air terrace. Hub points, including the reception, boardrooms and breakout spaces, are located along the fitout’s spine and are easily accessed by workspaces. The collaborative workspace encourages staff interaction.
