The project is a contemporary take on the traditional terrace, incorporating three townhouses and one apartment. Each townhouse consists of multi-use spaces over three light-filled levels and evoke a hybrid warehouse feel. Polished concrete floors and soft blackbutt timber staircases lead up to the living zone, with clerestorey windows and bi-fold doors to a deck area. Interiors feature playful orange accents against a muted palette, with tactile materials including marble, timber panelling, bluestone and hints of stainless steel.
