Victor Churchill, Fine Family Butcher

The design for this Sydney butchers blends the aesthetic and practice of traditional European butchery with cutting edge design elements. Solid oak butchers blocks, an original sandstone wall and Italian Calacatta marble floor and benchtops provide warmth, while sausage door handles add humour. The ‘chook cam’ wall features a Louis Vuitton-inspired display case guarded by security cameras. In the cool room, the rotating meat rack is set off by the Himalayan salt brick wall, which is backlit to catch the visitor’s eye as they enter the store.
