Randwick Library

Natural light is a key design factor in the Randwick Library. Tinted E glass is used to minimise thermal transfer and glare, particularly through the two skylights. LED and other efficient lighting solutions such as dimmers and sensors are also used to reduce energy use. Materials were selected for their ESD advantages, including recycled ceiling tiles and responsibly sourced timber, as well as fully recyclable mechanical joins.
