Philadelphia Penthouse

The Philadelphia Penthouse occupies the entire floor of a city building, which was previously home to two sub penthouses. The central axis of the design runs from the ‘Paris end’ of the city through to the Treasury Gardens, with sight lines through the apartment designed to maximise the views. Bedrooms and bathrooms are organised into separate zones for parents and children. Dark mirrors and ebony veneer run through the centre of the apartment, while light terrazzo and white walls in other areas draw in the daylight.
