Ortiga Tapas Restaurant/Bar comprises a compact front bar, casual tables and a raised platform for larger groups or private functions, which orbit the central service point. The focus is an experiential journey created using a simple palette of materials, furniture and light fittings, along with domestic elements that encourage congenial interactions. The long, low dolomite tables, which act as a servery and food preparation area, coupled with the illuminated brick wall behind the kitchen amplifies the dramatic effect of a dining area and kitchen in such close proximity.
