Media House has achieved a 5 Star Green Star and 4.5 Star NABERS rating. An integrated fitout avoided significant duplication and material waste, with fixtures, fittings and furniture selected for durability. Energy efficient systems include an air conditioning system that uses 100 percent fresh air, controlled-zoned lighting, and solar powered hot water. Passive systems include high performance façade and external shading. Certified timbers are used throughout the interior, while low VOC materials and reduced use of PVC improve the indoor environment quality.
