Kjell Grant

The internationally renowned designer Kjell Grant has developed products for Cartier, Orrefors, Knoll and Rosenthal. Following his studies in architecture and industrial design at Chicago he was employed by Raymond Loewy in New York and designed the Crista porcelain collection for Rosenthal. Arriving in Australia in 1957, he developed Formplan Design Group, designing furniture and interiors. The Montreal chair is in the permanent collection of MOMA New York.
