Ivy Apartments

The Ivy comprises 69 apartments over four levels, featuring a four-storey atrium and a triptych series by renowned artist Bill Henson. The personality and intelligence of the building is evident in the considered approach to internal spaces and the refined façade treatment. The highly sophisticated interior design combines American oak joinery and stone on all floor surfaces, which reference the neighbouring St Kilda Botanical Gardens. A simple palette of materials and colours create calming neutral spaces in both of the available interior schemes – dark and light.
