Inpex’s headquarters are an innovation in the approach to commercial interior design, aiming to use the workplace as a tool to improve business outcomes and attract staff. An open plan space with minimal walls and low partitions, which offers staff equal access to space, facilities and views, is reflective of Inpex’s identity. Inter-tenancy stairs connect staff horizontally and vertically (via social hubs). Material injects colour, vibrancy and variation into staff areas, producing a youthful and friendly work environment.
