Inpex

The Inpex fitout is designed to achieve a 5 Star Green Star Rating. Open plan spaces with designated small private areas around the core and large windows allow light penetration and panoramic views overlooking the city and Swan River for all staff. An internal stairwell acts to reflect light back though the fitout, and also minimises usage of lifts between tenancy floors. As much material from the original site was reused as possible, and new furniture is green star specified, while joinery is constructed from EO board.
