Hawthorn Pavilion

The Hawthorn project seamlessly integrates a contemporary glass extension to the double-fronted Victorian house, creating a light-filled and warm home. The pavilion-like structure extends into the backyard via the outstretched floating roof and the travertine flooring (which continues outside). Additionally, extensive double-glazed windows allow visual connection between the garden and the interior. Dark-coloured timber flooring and natural stone add texture and warmth to the space.
