Goods Shed North

Both workplaces are registered for a Green Star Office Interiors v1.1 and a 5 or 6 Star Green Star rating which contribute to the Goods Shed North’s status as Victoria’s most sustainable heritage building.

The base building already incorporated an Active Chilled Beam and Displacement System, energy efficient air-conditioning and ventilation and a gas-fired tri-generation power plant. Energy-saving computers (where possible) and other appliances were purchased, while water-sensitive sanitary fixtures/fittings complement the rainwater harvesting and grey water treatment plant. Some original Shed materials were reused and over 2,700 plants improve IEQ.
