The Faculty of Law extends contemporary interior design practice through a series of investigations and explorations, in particular into space and light. Natural light is sculpted and invited into the interiors for functional and dramatic effect. The detailing is based on the precise alignment of surfaces, materials and systems. Predominantly simple and economical materials are complemented by an emphasis on the use of natural timbers and finishes. Innovation is evident across many levels but is most apparent in the integration of sustainable systems and materials.
