Dundas and Faussett

Dundas and Faussett’s honest and confident approach attracts a daytime and evening café, bar and dining crowd. Cut-outs in the limed oak panels lining the internal skin reveal the timber’s edge and thickness. The centrally located bar divides the space, and a long banquette seat accentuates it. Recessed channels sliced into the ceiling add length in a sculptural element. An overhead linear lighting system and black spun steel lights dripping from the ceiling enhance the warm interior, which is framed by a darker external palette.
