Cubby House

The Cubby House extension and renovations aim to remove walls and doors to increase flexibility and sustainability in a continuous living space. Innovations to this end include the multipurpose bedroom wardrobe, which acts as a partition and is wrapped in three OSB panels that can rotate to create a new small room. Reflecting views of the neighbouring swimming pool connect the exterior to the interior. Inside, sharp, polished lines contrast with rough and tactile surfaces, such as reclaimed limed timber, sisal, Vic Ash and white concrete.
