Cardboard Bar

With a support structure made from cardboard tubes, most of the bar, light fittings, signage and bespoke furniture for this project were made from recycled or recyclable cardboard, chipboard and Masonite. The custom steel floor brackets were cut from a single sheet of steel, to avoid excess waste. Taps used in the sinks were WELS rated models that reduce water usage. The bar served as an example that striking designs can be achieved with a lightweight structure made from recycled products.
