SA Water

HASSELL believe the SA Water offices will be a benchmark sustainability project for many years. The base building has received a GBCA 6 Star Green Star Design rating, and a 6 Star Green Star Office rating is being sought for the interior (which also meets 5 star NABERS Energy rating requirements). A sustainability tool based on LEEDS Labs 21 and the GBCA Green Star Office Interiors tool was created by the project team to assess the laboratories, as a GBCA rating tool was not available. In general, environmental impact was minimised, while opportunities for a healthy indoor environmental quality, and energy and water conservation were maximised.
