Connor Residence

The Connor Residence is an existing Art Deco apartment that has been reinvented. A number of beautifully crafted joinery units are placed throughout the apartment, each exuding a warmth and playfulness with their earthy tones and childlike volumes. Every new piece of joinery is imbued with a clear function—a storage unit, a bar, a library, a bed head, a day bed, and a robe—inspiring curiosity and surprise when they open to reveal an inner life.
