What is the ‘big (IDEA)’ behind this project?
This tenancy supports the re-branding of the Over Fifty Group as a more progressive organization through use of the corporate colours and a clean, pared back interior. The wide corridor stemming from the lift lobby is a strong, lineal arrival point that encompasses reception and the staff café (which is enclosed by glass to promote informality between clients and staff). From the internal reception, axis views along the interconnecting corridors project out towards the office and natural light. Workstations are set along the perimeter to maximise views.
