What is the ‘big (IDEA)’ behind this project?
The new AXA workplace aspired to achieve a strategic direction based on celebrating and reinforcing the AXA culture. Maintaining diversity whilst acknowledging culture variance became a key project challenge. As a design metaphor, ‘Fold’ encompasses ideas revolving around greater teamwork and partnering, ‘to bring into the fold’. ‘Fold’ became a concept representing the broader notions of community, unity and togetherness.
