Shortlisted projects will be published in issue #78 of (Inside) magazine, on sale in September. In addition, the shortlist will be published on the IDEA website in July. All shortlisted practices will be contacted by phone and/or email.

Jury presentations will take place in Sydney from 1-2 August. All shortlisted practices are expected to present their projects, and will be notified of the presentation times for their categories. Any practices/designers who are unable to attend the presentation days may be disqualified, at the discretion of the jury.

Award winners and commendations will be announced at the IDEA Gala Party, to be held on Friday 15 November at a renowned venue in Melbourne. Gala Party tickets will be available for purchase through the IDEA website in September. All winners and highly commended projects and designers will be published in issue #79 of (Inside) magazine, on sale in November. Winning projects will also be published online in the week following the Gala Party.
