Flat Jack is made from a single sheet of X-Board (a cardboard material made from post consumer paper waste) in a single cutting process that reduces the manufacturing footprint. At end of life, the product can be re-pulped and recycled. The product is three separate components, flat packed, that are simply slotted together. Packaging is not required; Flat Jack is simply tied with brown string. Recycled boxes from white goods are used if posting is required.
