What is the ‘big (IDEA)’ behind this project?
Providing a functional and durable yet stylish and contemporary fitout that reflects the high value Mitsui places on its employees. All workstations and community areas are oriented toward the 40th floor views. The main utilitarian areas were allocated to the central core of the building, using glazed or open fronts where possible to take advantage of the natural light. Materials include natural stone and fabric wall panels, and translucent coloured glass divider panels and decorative opaque glazed walls are featured.
