A five-star green rating is expected for the office, achieved using natural materials, such as stone flooring, veneered and fabric wall panels, and goat hair carpet, along with revitalised existing furniture, low VOC and formaldehyde materials and furniture, flat screen monitors, ‘A’ rated dishwashers and taps, and indoor plants. External views, daylight, glare and internal noise have been addressed and energy consumption has been minimised through separate light switches, auto sensors and timers. Construction waste was recycled where possible.
