The concrete shell of the Bond Street Café Wine Bar holds a subdued, composed and intimate interior. The display shelving, which is the key element of the space, is designed to house over one thousand bottles of wine and performs the duel role of promotion and exhibition. Entrants walk beneath the display, a mass of steel and wine seeming to defy gravity, allowing for a unique interaction with the space and creating a sense of wonder and curiosity.
