To fit out the vacant warehouse on a small budget, arnoldlane got creative, identifying a simple high-value design strategy with a pure joinery solution. Flexible spaces were created within the volume of the existing warehouse using only freestanding joinery. Importantly, the design retains the aesthetic value of the warehouse, maintaining aspects of the building’s extended lifecycle, while creating a dynamic space for a boutique fashion label.
