The brief stipulated a transparent, innovative and progressive “Campus Style” workplace that encourages environmental consciousness. The solution integrates natural elements into the interior design. Timber blades emerge from the lift lobby, leading the eye towards the hub, the epicentre for all activities and spaces, and the exterior beyond. The blades of each floor are illuminated by a primary colour and supported by environmental graphics that narrate the progression of life from water to land to atmosphere and the ethereal beyond. The workplace combines stimulation with calm, incident with repose, and commercial utility with domestic affinity.
