The interior is designed to unify the companies under the AECOM umbrella over the two floors of office space. A connecting stair visually ties the workspaces and takes advantage of spectacular views. AECOM’s existing aesthetic of open-plan elegance and sophistication was continued on Level 44, with the grey and white palette punctuated by the green from the glass boxes which form small meeting spaces. Level 45 blends the understated style of AECOM with the culture of EDAW, a landscape and urban design firm, captured in the imagery of the Melbourne urban grid in the graphic applied to the meeting room glazing and the steel grid above the waiting bench.
