A new category for 2008, the Emerging Designer Award seeks to profile fresh design talent and reward those designers who exhibit great potential.The Award is only open to those designers or design companies that are less than five years old.

As a bonus category, only those who are already submitting projects for consideration to other awards and who meet the special criteria may apply for consideration under the Emerging Designer category. Please send a brief description about yourself and your business in no more than 500 words, so that jury members have the opportunity to consider your design capabilities and potential. As a guideline you might like to describe how and why the design practice commenced, your business/company structure, your projects, design style and plans for the future.
