best residential interior – multi dwelling
This category will publish and award residential interiors that illustrate excellence in design and are responsive to the living needs of residents, location and climate in which the project is situated.
The Best Residential Interior Multi Dwelling Award will showcase the interior spaces of high, medium and low density residential developments across Australia that utilise sound design principles to craft places for people to live and enjoy the elements that combine to make a home.
Entries must be completed, habitable apartments. Display apartments that are not occupied are not eligible. This category primarily recognises the interior design excellence of an apartment. This does not preclude the entry of projects that may be described as ‘whole of building’ apartment designs, but entrants must be aware that the submissions will be considered and judged giving specific priority to the building’s interior design.
Considered entries will be projects completed between January 2009 and May 2010, within Australia.
