This award recognises and supports designers, manufacturers and retailers who choose to invest resources and time to develop and market products within Australia for the domestic or export market.

Fittings and fixtures shortlisted will demonstrate innovative design solutions, environmental sensitivity, manufacturing quality, and will be selected on the basis of their overall design integrity.

This category is open to all designers and designer/makers. Products manufactured and for sale between January 2007 and June 2008, within Australia, will be considered.
