This category will publish and award interiors ranging from restaurants and bars, to hotels and resorts. All selected projects will be stunning spaces in which the public socialise, eat, drink and indulge the senses.

Best Hospitality Interior will showcase and award the most outstanding hospitality interior spaces in Australia – spaces which are sophisticated, finely detailed and lit, and inspiring.

The designer’s response to concepts of human scale, privacy/openness, space planning, the theatrical staging of food preparation and social discourse, will aid in selecting shortlisted projects.

Considered entries will be hospitality spaces of any size, completed between January 2007 and June 2008, within Australia.
