Camperdown Childcare

Sensitively inserting new architecture into a former industrial warehouse building, this new 80-place childcare centre, accommodating indoor and outdoor play spaces, explores a palette of natural materials and finishes to create a familiar residential tone. A large cut-out to the existing warehouse roof created outdoor play spaces, while the remaining roof provides shade and shelter.
