This project delivers a blend of traditional and edgy elements that respond to the Southern Highlands setting. The home has a sophisticated patina that will age gracefully with the family. The c.1990s faux federation home has been opened up to views, with new French doors across the living area, kitchen and master bedroom. A larger arch opening between the kitchen and dining areas creates a cohesive, open interior. Pattern is concentrated on the floor, with walls and furnishings kept simple.
